Sutra se i u Puli obilježava Dan kravate
18. LISTOPADA OBILJEŽITI ĆE SE MNOŠTVOM DOGAĐANJA NA VIŠE GRADSKIH LOKACIJA
Sutra se u desetak gradova Hrvatske, pa tako i u Puli, pod pokroviteljstvom Predsjednika Republike Stjepana Mesića, svečano obilježava Dan kravate. Naime, upravo 18. listopada, prije četiri godine, u Puli je izvedena instalacija Kravata oko Arene, kojom je Pula promovirana u svjetskim razmjerima. Program obilježavanja Dana kravate u Puli sastoji se od više kulturnih događanja na Forumu, Portarati i Giardinnima. Nositelj programa je ustanova Academia Cravatica iz Zagreba, a suorganizatori su Grad Pula i HGK-Županijska komora Pula, dok je sponzorski uključena i Turistička zajednica Pula. U svečanom programu koji režira Robert Raponja sudjeluju učenici pulskih srednjih škola, članovi kazališne udruge FERR, udruga „Pula u srcu“, dječji vrtić „Rin-tin-tin“, glazbenik Bruno Krajcar, glumci Majkl Mikolić, Lara Živolić te mnogi drugi, a glazbena škola „Ivana Matetića Ronjgova“ nastupa s posebnim glazbenim programom.
Događanja započinju u 10 sati, izlaskom učenika iz srednjih škola, koji će na putu prema Forumu vezivati kravate na spomenicima istaknutih povijesnih osoba - Mate Balote, Nikole Tesle, Matka Laginje i Jamesa Joycea. Članovi kazališne udruge FERR u isto će vrijeme na Trgu Portarata, kod „Uliksa“ oslikavati i kreirati kravate.
Program na Forumu počinje u 10,30 sati, izvedbom pjesme „Vez“, a potom slijedi 10-minutna viteška igra „Ljubav pobjeđuje“. Istovremeno će 150 učenika i 150 učenica (s vezanim crvenim kravatama i šalovima) svojim razmještajem oblikovati maketu velike kravate koja će se prostirati duž Foruma. Prisutne će pozdraviti pulski gradonačelnik Boris Miletić i glavni tajnik ustanove Academia Cravatica Dino Bedrina. U prigodnom programu srednje glazbene škole sudjelovati će učenici na istarskim narodnim instrumentima.
Učenici će poslije toga u dvije povorke, Kandlerovom i ulicom Sergijevaca, stići na Giardinne gdje počinje Kravata party. Okupljanjem na tom mjestu želi se potaknuti oživljavanje Korza kao mjesta susretanja svih generacija Puljana, osobito mladih. U 13,30 sati u Županijskoj komori Pula počinje susret predstavnika Grada Pule i Istarske županije, ravnatelja pulskih srednjih škola i predstavnika drugih ustanova koje sudjeluju u izvedbi pulskog programa Dana kravate, te predstavnika medija.
U prostorima Komore bit će izloženi crteži djece iz Dječjeg vrtića „Rin-tin-tin“ na temu kravate. Na susretu će se uvodno prikazati glazbeni spot „Balun“, autorski rad Bruna Krajcara. Nazočne će pozdraviti domaćin, predsjednik Županijske komore Šime Vidulin, pulski gradonačelnik Boris Miletić i glavni tajnik AC Dino Bedrina, a o kravati i njezinim simboličkim vrijednostima govorit će povjesničarka umjetnosti Gorka Ostojić Cvajner.
